Tendulkar family relives cherished moments during meeting with President Droupadi Murmu
Tendulkar family including Sachin Tendulkar, wife Anjali, daughter Sara, son Arjun Tendulkar and Arjun's fiancée Saaniya met President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan and invited her to the wedding ceremony of Arjun and Saaniya.
Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar wrote, “Last February, Hon’ble President Smt. Droupadi Murmu ji graciously hosted us at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
We relived some of those cherished memories when we met the President today to invite her to Arjun and Saaniya’s wedding. Thank you for your warm wishes, Hon’ble President.”
Tendulkar family also met Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and invited him to the wedding ceremony.
Sachin wrote: “Our family had the opportunity to meet Shri Rahul Gandhi ji and invite him to Arjun-Saaniya’s wedding.
Thank you for the warmth and hospitality you extended to us.”
Sachin has already invited PM Narendra Modi, HM Amit Shah and Congress leader Sonia Gandhi to the wedding.
