Sachin Tendulkar shared a photo of his meeting with the Prime Minister on social media. In the post, he explained that he had the opportunity to invite PM Narendra Modi to Arjun and Saaniya's wedding ceremony. He also thanked the Prime Minister for his blessings and guidance to the young couple. Following Sachin's post, fans began showering Arjun and Saaniya with well-wishes.
Sachin also invited Home Minister Amit Shah. He wrote: "We cordially invited Hon’ble Home Minister Shri Amit Shah ji to Arjun and Saaniya’s wedding. Thank you for the warmth extended to our family, we deeply appreciate your kind wishes."
Before meeting the Prime Minister, Sachin Tendulkar also met with Sonia Gandhi, the chairperson of the Congress Party's parliamentary party. He arrived at 10 Janpath in Delhi with his wife Anjali. According to media reports, Arjun and Saaniay's wedding festivities are expected to begin on March 3, with the main ceremony expected to be held on March 5. Arjun Tendulkar's fiancée, Sania Chandhok, belongs to a prominent Mumbai business family. She is the granddaughter of industrialist Ravi Ghai. The Ghai family is well-known in the hospitality and food sectors and is associated with prestigious businesses such as the Intercontinental Hotel and the ice cream brand Brooklyn Creamery. Arjun and Saaniya's engagement took place in a private ceremony attended by close family members and friends.

25-year-old Arjun Tendulkar is a left-arm fast bowler and all-rounder. He represents Goa in domestic cricket and has played for the Mumbai Indians in the IPL.
