Israel-Iran-US-war: US President Donald Trump has stated that the US has won the war against Iran, but the fighting will continue until the mission is accomplished.

He stated during a rally in Kentucky that it was clear within the first hour of the war that the US was ahead and that the US military had significantly weakened Iran's military power.

Trump claimed that the US had "destroyed" 58 Iranian ships in two days.

President Trump also stated that "Operation Epic Fury" would significantly reduce oil prices and reduce the threat to the world.

Meanwhile, the US Defense Department, the Pentagon, informed Congress that the US spent approximately $11.3 billion (approximately ₹1 lakh crore) in the first six days of the Iran war. Of this, approximately $5 billion (approximately ₹45,000 crore) was spent on weapons and ammunition.

Iranian President Pezeshkian sets conditions for ending the war

Amid the ongoing US-Israel conflict, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has set conditions for ending the war.

President Pezeshkian stated that in his talks with the leaders of Russia and Pakistan, he reiterated Iran's commitment to peace in the region.

In a post on the social media platform X, he wrote, "The only way to end the war started by Israel and the United States is to recognize Iran's legitimate rights, compensate for war damages, and provide strong international guarantees to prevent any future attacks."

Pezeshkian's statement comes at a time when tensions in the region are high due to the ongoing conflict between Iran, the United States, and Israel.

Meanwhile, Iran had said on Tuesday that it was targeting US and Israeli bases in Middle Eastern countries.
