SIT Recreates Crime Scene
Around 8 PM on Monday, the SIT took the accused husband, Samarth Singh, to his residence located in Bagmugalia Extension, under the jurisdiction of the Katara Hills Police Station. Investigators reconstructed the sequence of events that took place at the house and closely examined the scene.
According to police sources, Samarth told investigators that he had gone up to the terrace while searching for Twisha and subsequently brought her down with the assistance of his cousin and a domestic help. He also claimed that attempts were made to revive her using CPR on the staircase. The police spent approximately 30 minutes closely scrutinizing this sequence of events.

Late on Sunday night, the SIT also questioned Twisha's mother-in-law, retired Judge Giribala Singh. It is reported that investigators asked her questions regarding family relations, disputes that arose after the marriage, and other matters pertinent to the case. Officials are now corroborating her statements with technical and circumstantial evidence. Sources indicated that another round of questioning may be conducted if deemed necessary.
