Gokuldham Turns 18: Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Begins Grand Celebrations
Sony SAB and Neela Film Productions are celebrating 18 successful years of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, India's longest-running family sitcom that has entertained audiences with its humour, positivity and meaningful storytelling.
To celebrate the milestone, the makers have announced an 18-day celebration featuring special activities for fans, a nationwide family contest, and exclusive commemorative merchandise and products.
As the show enters its 19th year, viewers will also witness a refreshed look for the iconic Gokuldham Society, symbolising a new chapter while preserving its warmth and familiarity.
Created and produced by Asit Kumarr Modi under Neela Film Productions, the show has become a cultural phenomenon by promoting family values, unity in diversity and social awareness through engaging comedy.
Over the years, TMKOC has addressed important issues such as environmental conservation, digital safety and civic responsibility while continuing to entertain viewers across generations.
As part of the celebrations, 40 fans who shared their birthday with the show on 28 July will be recognised, while 18 winning families will receive an all-expenses-paid experience centred around their favourite show.
