CM Mohan Yadav to Engage Directly with Industry Leaders in Mumbai
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will meet leading industry representatives in Mumbai on October 8 to showcase investment opportunities and industrial potential in Madhya Pradesh. At an interactive session at The St. Regis, Lower Parel, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will hold one-to-one meetings with leading industrialists to discuss investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh.
Mumbai is a major hub for the country’s leading industrial, financial and business groups. The Chief Minister’s direct engagement with industry will mark an important phase in the state’s ongoing outreach to investors. The interaction will highlight Madhya Pradesh’s industrial policies, investment opportunities and emerging industrial base across key sectors.
Focus on Direct Engagement with Investors
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will hold one-to-one meetings with leading industrialists, followed by a presentation on investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh and discussions on investment prospects across key sectors. The Chief Minister’s address will be a key component of the investor interaction.
The state government will highlight the facilities available to industries, its investor-friendly policy environment and emerging opportunities across sectors. Additional Chief Secretary, Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion, Shri Neeraj Mandloi, will present an overview of investment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh.
The interaction will particularly highlight Madhya Pradesh’s central location, connectivity with major markets, logistics infrastructure, industrial infrastructure and emerging industrial clusters. The state is strengthening its infrastructure and investment facilitation mechanisms to meet industry needs.
Direct Outreach Intensified Ahead of Global Investors Summit 2027
Ahead of the proposed Global Investors Summit in January 2027, the Madhya Pradesh Government has intensified direct engagement with leading industry groups in India and abroad. The Mumbai dialogue is an important part of this outreach. The objective is to engage directly with industry groups ahead of the summit and understand their requirements, investment plans and areas of interest in the state.
The Mumbai interaction will also focus on investment opportunities across major industrial sectors. It will enable prospective investors to explore opportunities and industrial areas suited to their requirements while providing a platform to advance potential investment proposals through direct engagement.
The Chief Minister’s one-to-one meetings are particularly significant as they will provide an opportunity to understand investors’ proposals and business requirements firsthand. The state government will also outline its efforts to simplify investment processes, facilitate necessary approvals and provide a conducive environment for industries.
