Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Bhopal on October 2 and 3. Shah will arrive at the State Hangar at Raja Bhoj Airport in Bhopal on October 2.


On Saturday, October 3, Union Minister Shah will inaugurate and visit the state-level exhibition focused on Nyaya Sanhita at BHEL Dussehra Maidan. He will subsequently address the state-level Gopalak Conference.


Union Minister Amit Shah will lay the foundation stone for extended ‘Atri’ campus of Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Bhopal, located at Bhauri on Bhopal Bypass Road. 


He will also unveil the newly installed statue of Swami Vivekananda on the campus. Shah will depart for New Delhi on the evening of October 3.


Shah to Gift Ujjain a State-of-the-Art Dairy Plant 


To expand milk processing capacity and strengthen dairy sector in Ujjain and surrounding areas, Madhya Pradesh State Cooperative Dairy Federation is establishing a modern dairy plant at a cost of Rs 255 crore. Union Minister Amit Shah will perform digital Bhoomi Pujan of this plant from Bhopal on October 3, 2026.


This state-of-the-art dairy plant being established in Ujjain will give new momentum to milk processing, value addition and production of various dairy products in the region. Of the total project cost, Rs 170 crore will be provided by the state government as a grant, while the remaining Rs 85 crore will be raised by the Milk Union through loan. The project is targeted to be completed within the next two years.
