The Congress government is going to form Madhya Pradesh. After the support of the independents, the Congress has collected the majority figure and the Congress has called Congress President Kamal Nath on behalf of the governor. The BSP has also declared support to the Congress. After which it is decided that the Congress will form the government in the state, after the announcement of BSP, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chahan has accepted the defeat and resigned from the post of Chief Minister.
