Former Bihar Chief Minister Jagannath Mishra has passed away. He died in Delhi. It is being told that he was ill for a long time. Jagannath Mishra was the Chief Minister of Bihar three times. Mishra was also accused of fodder scam due to which he also had to go to jail. Mishra first became Chief Minister in 1975 and remained till April 1977. He then took charge of the Chief Minister for three years in 1980. He was then CM for three months in 1989.
