An Indian Air Force MIG 21 Jet trainer plane has crashed in Madhya Pradesh. This trainer plane was of Air force and crashed in MP Gwalior today. Both Group Captain and Squadron Leader ejected themselves safely from the fighter plane before the crash. At present, no casualty has been reported so far. The fighter jet, which was on a routine mission, crashed at around 10 am.
This is the 12th crash this year. A probe has been ordered in the mishap. This is the same plane which Abhinandan has been flying which was hit by Pakistani rangers. All these ageing planes are likely to be taken off duty and replaced by Rafale Aircraft.
