Fire in Generator Car Of Shatabdi Express At New Delhi Railway Station

A luggage cum generator car caught fire in Shatabdi Express running through Chandigarh and Kochuvalli at New Delhi Railway Station on Friday Afternoon.  

However no causalities have been reported so far. According to Delhi Fire Service officer said that a call of fire was received at 1:57 on Friday afternoon from platform no eight of the New Delhi Railway Station.  Total 12 fire tenders were rushed to the spot.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
