SC:- Iltija Daughter of Mufti Allowed To Travel To Srinagar to Meet Her Mother

Supreme Court in an order has allowed Iltija daughter of Mehbooba Mufti to travel to Srinagar to meet her mother. As Iltija in her petition has asked that she is concerned about her mother health. As Mehbooba who is put under detention for over a month after the removal of Article 370.
According to Iltija she was stopped from moving from Chennai to Srinagar due to intimidation she was subjected to from August 4th to August 22nd. This was quoted by her to the question she was raised in her plea by chief Justice of India in Supreme Court. Quoting Iltija her counsel Nitya said that, "she was not allowed to meet her mother or to move out of her house".
According to the situation it was seen that Sana Iltija was not stopped from moving to Srinagar but according to her she was not allowed to meet her mother as her mother was under detention by the day before Article 370 was removed.
The Chief Justice for the above plea asked the solicitor General Tushhar that what is the problem in Iltija meeting her mother. To this Tushhar replied that there is no problem in Iltija meeting her mother but the problem is raising the issue in Supreme Court and unnecessary issue is being created and petition is being misused by Sana Iltija in Supreme Court
