
After nearly 35 days of total shut down of Kashmir government is trying to bringing things back to normal and restrictions are being removed day by day. There were barricades everywhere when the restrictions were put on but slowly the barricades are being removed from all over the city. Barricades were removed from Lal Chowk and its adjoining areas.

School and colleges which are yet to open as on the precautionary measure they were closed at the time of removal of Article 370, decision has yet to come for their dates as to when they will open. Slowly restrictions are being removed from all over Kashmir.
Public transport is still off the roads. The restrictions are still under way and continued in parts of interior areas of Kashmir and in the Jurisdiction of Maisuma Police Station as stated by the officials deployed in that areas. Security forces are still deployed in the valley to avoid any untoward incident to happen.

Markets and other major establishments are still shut down. Public transport is still off the road. Government offices are open but attendance to the offices is very thin as there is no public transport. Landlines services are already restored but mobile services is still shut down.
Restrictions are still prevailing for Friday Mosques as that might apprehend and fuel to protest. Large gathering is being avoided and people are still stopped to gather in large crowds.
