Bollywood actress Vidya Balan, after Mission Mangal, will now be seen in the biopic of mathematician Shakutala Devi. Recently the first look of this film has been released. In this, Vidya Balan is seen in a red color saree. Her hair is short and she is seen with a bindi on her forehead.

Shakuntala Devi is famous as a genius of mathematics and her name has been recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. The shooting of this film has started in London. There is no information about the release date of the film yet.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
