Former Haryana Chief Minister and veteran Congress leader Bhupendra Singh Hooda has been summoned by the ED today to appear before the Special Court at Panchkula. Hooda has been called in the AJL plot allocation and the Manesar land scam case.
Bhupendra Singh Hooda has reached Panchkula with his lawyers. Hooda is accused of selling the land to AJL for lowest prices ever.
According to the reports the Enforcement Directorate has seized this property. The company named AJL used to publish the National Herald newspaper.
According to the investigating agency, AJL was benefited from this allocation in 2005. When the plot was reallocated, its market value was Rs 64.93 crore, while it was given to Hooda for Rs 69.39 lakh.
