Reports are coming in from Maharashtra BJP's unit has filed a complaint with the State Election Office on the statement of Rahul Gandhi's in which he has termed Prime Minister Modi as pick pocketing . 

This case has been filed by BJP leaders Prasad Lad and Sanjay Upadhyay. BJP leaders alleged in a complaint to state election officer Baldev Singh that Gandhi had violated the Model Code of Conduct Act.

According to the sources Rahul Gandhi had went to address an election rally in Yavatmal on Tuesday to campaign for the Maharashtra assembly elections. During this time, Rahul Gandhi termed Prime Minister Modi as the blow horn of some industrialists and said that his strategy is like a pick pocket  which through his speeches distract attention of the people before the theft. 

After which the Maharashtra BJP unit on Wednesday filed a complaint against Rahul Gandhi for violation of the code of conduct.
