As reported earlier Ex Finance Minister P. Chidambaram has been given bail in the case filed by the CBI by the Delhi High court in the INX money laundering case and now CBI have submitted a review petition as to how bail can be given when the case is in its early stages and fact and figures are being checked and verified in the INX case.
According to the CBI bail should be reviewed by the Apex Court and should cancel the bail with immediate effect. Ex Minister is still in Tihar as he has been given bail in CBI case and not in the case registered by Enforcement Directorate.
The review petition filed by the CBI would be heard by the Supreme Court after Diwali vacations i.e. the court will reopen after Diwali on November 1, 2019
