A new twist has come in the political game of Maharashtra. The Governor of the state had recommended President's rule in Maharashtra, which has been approved by the Cabinet.
According to the latest reports coming in the Governor of the state has send its recommendations to President of the country. The Shiv Sena has knocked the doors of the Supreme Court against the imposition of President's rule.
Shiv Sena has said that the governor is following the BJP's behest. The governor has given the party 24 hours to avoid President rule. Shiv Sena has filed a petition in the Supreme Court. In the petition, the Shiv Sena has questioned the Governor's decision.
He has said that he had demanded 3 days deferment from the governor, which the governor had refused. As this was the time that has to be needed for negotiating the support with NCP and Congress.
