Pragya Apologizes In The Parliament

According to the latest reports coming in Pragya Thakur has apologized in the Parliament.  She has said that she has been mis quoted.  

And she has no intention to offend Mahatama Gandhi.  However her remarks has been mis quoted.  She has said that she has full respect for the Bapu and she can never offend him.

She has also slammed Rahul Gandhi for calling her terrorist and she has said that her case is still pending in the court of law and court has not ordered any judgement regarding her then how can Rahul Gandhi pronounce her to be terrorist.  

After her apology there is uproar going on in the Parliament.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
