Supreme Court dismisses Lawyers petittion of lawyers for getting GAG order on the media in their latest tussle in the lawyers and police which has been going on from November 02.
As reported earlier lawyers have been on indefinite stir after their tussle which became brutal with the Delhi Police cops.
Today lawyers had approached the apex court to get the GAG order against the media who have been calling the lawyers as Gundas and various other names. But the Supreme Court had dismissed their appeal to get this order.
Adding to this the lawyers in Karkaduma Court have been doing Gandhigiri and are distributing flowers among the litigants who have been coming to the courts on their dates to the courts.
It is generally seen that the people who are facing trials or whose cases are pending in the courts, to get the dates from the court is not an easy task. And when commoners are coming to the courts on this date their pending cases are being cancelled making their problems worse.
