In a major decision Supreme Court today ordered that any person found violating the ban on construction and demolition in Delhi-NCR region will be fined with Rs 1 Lakh and Rs 5000/- for burning garbage.
Court has also directed the Municipal bodies to prevent open dumping of garbage. The government has also taken up odd even in vehicles and this is also been certified by the Supreme Court and whosoever will be violating the rules will be punished by the court of Law.
