Delhi Congress chief Subhash Chopra announced on Wednesday that if his party comes to power party will benefit it's users with 600 units of free electricity power. He has said that right now the Delhi government is giving you 200 units of electricity free.
But if our government comes to power, then 600 units of electricity will be given for free. He further stated that it is not because the elections are approaching it is the right of the citizens to avail benefits from the govt. This is your money, you should get the benefit.
