Assording to the latest reports coming in Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has conducted raids in the disproportionate assets case on the premises of Abhay Chautala, uncle of Haryana Deputy Chief Minister and JJP Party President Dushyant Chautala.
The ED has raided with the CRPF force at 10 am. The case of disproportionate assets on Abhay Chautala has been going on for the last 13 years.
On the complaint of Congress leader Shamsher Singh Surjewala, a case of disproportionate assets was registered against former Haryana CM Om Prakash Chautala and his two sons Ajay and Abhay Chautala.
Abhay Chautala is the uncle of Haryana Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala. But there was a dispute due to party supremacy in both, after which Dushyant formed his party Jananayak Janata Party. Whereas, INLD is commanded by Om Prakash Chaitala and Abhay Chautala.
