According to reports a case cheating has been registered against Guna MP. KP Yadav is the one who had defeated his own leader Jyotiraditya Scindia in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
According to the information received, a case of cheating has been registered against Guna MP KP Yadav. KP Yadav is accused of fraud in caste certificate. It is now being discussed in political circles that KP Yadav may be arrested and may be jailed.
It is believed that if KP Yadav goes to jail, his MP membership can be cancelled and Congress candidate Jyotiraditya Scindia from Guna can be declared as MP. Not only this, it is also being said that by-elections can be held once again on Guna seat. Some BJP leaders say that Scindia is taking revenge for his defeat with Yadav.
