Baatis One Of A Healthy Food

On hearing the name of Baati people of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan get water in their mouths. Rajasthan is considered the most delicious and favorite food in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.  If the baati is prepared on fire of cow dung then the it's delicacies is double the taste but nowadays a new generation avoids making baati in the fire of cow dung.

But today we are going to tell you the solution to this problem, so that you can make delicious and crispy baati at your home with no fire.  Yes, the oven also comes for you to make baati.  If you do not have an oven at home, you can also make delicious baati in the cooker.

This is how lentils are cooked in a cooker

To make the baati in the cooker, first of all knead the dough of the baati, but before kneading the dough keep the cooker in a low flame to heat it.  When the cooker becomes hot, put a small amount of ghee in the cooker.  When the ghee becomes hot, add oil to it.  As long as the oil continues to heat up, then prepare dough.  When the oil gets hot, put the batis in the cooker and close the cooker.  But remove the whistle of the cooker and keep it on the gas.  Turn the baati once in a while and close the lid.  It will take only 20 to 25 minutes to cook the baati in the cooker, after which you will get crispy and delicious baati.  Then enjoy dal baati with the family.
