JP Nadda All Set To Take Over As New BJP Chief Today

Jagat Prakash Nadda who is currently working as the BJP's working president will soon be taking the reins from Amit Shah for the top party post . According to sources,  Nadda will be elected as Party President unopposed. Modi- Shah's trusted Nadda is known for keeping a low profile and is also known for his strategist mind.

Nadda was appointed as the party's working president in July last year and after working for almost seven months, now he will be formally taking up the post as BJP's President.

59 year old Jagat Prakash Nadda comes from Himachal Pradesh and belongs to Brahmin community. Nadda has served at different ranks in the party and has long been the part of BJP's highest decision making body, which is BJP Parliamentary Board.He also Served as the Health Minister in the first term of Modi government. 

Nadda grew from students politics and his closeness with RSS has benefited him alot. He is also a confidant of PM Modi and Shah. His clean image as a political leader also worked in his favor. His long experience in the organisation and strategically planned decisions bagged him the top most position of the party and also made him the trusted one of Modi- Shah.
