Yogi Government Registering Cases Against People Involved In Agitation Against CAA

The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has registered a case against about 1200 women protesting against the amended citizenship law for violating Section 144.  The Yogi government has registered cases against 60 men from Aligarh, 300 from Prayagraj, 200 in Etawah and more than 700 men and taking action against the protesters.  

Despite the registration of the protesters, their protest is still continuing.  The police of the Yogi government have registered three cases in Lucknow, in which the names of two daughters of famous poet Munawar Rana are also mentioned.

 On Wednesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while addressing a rally of CAA support in Kanpur, said that the husbands of the women who sit in protest against the CAA are sleeping in the quilt in the houses and the women of their house are on the street agitating.
