All hotels, restaurants and related food supply partners related to Uber Eats will now be connected to zomato. This deal has been done by Zomato after raising $ 150 million from investor Ant Financial.  Now zomato's share will remain 55 percent.

Deepinder Goyal, CEO of zomato, says that we are proud of the online food delivery business in more than 500 cities and towns in India.  Our market position will be further strengthened in the acquisition of Uber Eats.
