Arvind Kejriwal Urges Home Ministry To Bring In Army To Control Situation

According to reports coming in from Delhi where Delhi Chief Minister have said in a press conference that right now situation in Delhi is alarming.

According to CM despite all the effort by the state government the situation is still worsened and is not coming under control.

Police is not able to bring the situation under control and Confidence is still lacking.

According to the CM army should be called in and curfew should be imposed in the affected areas to control the situation.  

CM Arvind Kejriwal is writing this to the Home Ministry so that early actions could be taken to curb and control the situation.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
