A recent case of mob lynching was reported in Dhar in the state of Madhya Pradesh, where 7 innocent people were beaten by the crowd on suspicion of stealing a child.In this incident, one person lost his life and other 6 are severely injured and are undergoing treatment in hospital. The rumor of child theft in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh killed a person. The mob brutally beaten 7 people with sticks and rods.
According to the reports, these people came here to collect their money. Some laborers, who had made up their mind not to give money, spreading rumors of child theft in the village. After which the angry mob started beating them. The villagers also broke the glasses of car and set the car on fire.
