PM Modi has welcomed US President Trump.  PM Modi has said that India is enriched with varied cultures and is United in diversity. 

Both the big leaders have exchanged word of thanks to the people of the country who have worked indefinitely to make this event Namastey Trump a grand success and more than expected audience heard both the leaders.

PM Modi has said that India has created history by sending most of sattelites which is a world record in itself.

US President has said that US relations with Pakistan is good one and US has always tried to enforce strengthen positive ties within all the Asian countries.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
