PM's entry in Delhi Elections, to lead rally on 3rd February

Delhi elections are near and political parties are trying hard to win the trust of people. And now PM Modi is going to enter Delhi politics and will hold a rally on 3rd February. The rally will take place in Kadkadduma CB ground. This is the first rally of PM Modi for Delhi elections. The political parties are trying even harder as the dates of elections are coming near.

On 4th and 5th February Rahul Gandhi will also lead rallies for the upcoming elections and will campaign for his party. Priyanka Gandhi may also campaign in Delhi, dates are yet to be decided.
Elections will take place for all 70 assembly seats in Delhi. Voting will take place on 8 February. The votes will be counted on 11 February.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
