Sameer Dwivedi, son of
senior Congress leader and former Union Minister Janardan Dwivedi, just before
the Delhi elections shocked Congress party, by
shaking hands with BJP. Sameer Dwivedi joined BJP today. Janardan Dwivedi is
considered a veteran Congress leader and has also been a Rajya Sabha MP till
2018.
Janardhan Dwivedi is
counted among the people who are close to Congress interim president Sonia
Gandhi. Janardhan also denied that he has no information about this move of his
son and incase if he joined BJP, then it is his own decision.
Elections are to be held
in Delhi on February 8 and the results will come on February 11.
