    SBI Investment In Yes Bank Will Be For A Locking Period Of 3 Years

    Finance minister Nirmala sitharaman on the reconstruction plan of Yes Bank has said that SBI will be investing 49% of equity shares in Yes Bank.

    However other investors are also invited to invest in the share values of Yes Bank.

    The investment of SBI in Yes Bank will be for a locking period of 3 years of its 26% of shares and SBI will not be allowed to sell these 26% share in the next 3 years.

    For others investers this lock in period will be of 3 years on the investment and investor won't be allowed to sell its 75% of the share value investment.
