21 Navy Personnel Tests Positive For Covid-19

In a major naval facility in Mumbai 21 Navy personnel has tested positive for covid-19.  Now test has been carried out in all those people who have been in contact with these 21 Navy personnel.

These Navy personnel have been in a close contact with the single sailor who had tested positive for covid-19 in INS Angre shore establishment in Mumbai.

As per reports these naval officers used to reside in the same block of INS Angre.  The entire living area of INS angre has been quarantined and cordoned off and made containment zone.

INS Angre has also been shut down and all the procedures are being carried out including spray to free the area from this infection.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
