Andhra Pradesh High Court Orders To Reinstate State Election Commissioner

According to recent reports coming in from Andhra Pradesh high court where in an historic judgement has ordered the State Government appointment of SEC.

As per reports coming in Andhra Pradesh High Court has order to reinstate Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar on the position or State Election Commissioner.

Before Andhra Pradesh government has brought an ordinance to change rules for the appointments of various Commissioner in various portfolios.

In the same way and Ordinance had been brought in the changing of the appointment of State Election Commissioner.  

Now that amendment has been ruled out and old rules for appointment of state election commissioner will be followed.
