Delhi Government Included Three Private Hospitals As COVID-19 Hospital

In unprecedented move Delhi government has made changes in the covid-19 hospitals since there are shortage of isolation beds in private hospitals.

According to reports just coming in Delhi government has decided to add Fortis Hospital Shalimar Bagh, Saroj Medical Institute, Rohini Sector 19 and Khushi Hospital Dwarka as covid-19 hospitals.

Delhi is experiencing continuous rise in the positive cases of covid-19 it was seen that there was an immense shortage of isolation beds in various hospitals in which till now covid-19 patients have been treated.

So to release the pressure ongoing on the present hospitals where the treatment of covid-19 cases is done the above mentioned hospitals have now been included in the list to treat covid-19 cases.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
