Employees Of Transport Companies Of Karnataka Contribute One Day Salary

In a major decisions in help towards a government.  Every citizen of the country is working its best and giving all the efforts to bring India out of the covid-19 pandemic.

In this regard the employees of for Transport sectors of Karnataka have contributed their one day salary to Karnataka Chief Minister relief fund as per reports.

These four transport sectors are ( KSRTC, BMTC,  NEKRTC and NWKRTC).

As per reports the check for the same has been handed over to the Chief Minister of Karnataka B S Yedurappa by Transport Minister Laxman Savadi.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
