Reports are coming from National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) that IIT Madras has been ranked as the best higher education institution in the country followed by IISc, Bengaluru, and IIT Delhi. This is released by HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Thursday.
IIT Madras is declared as the best engineering college followed by IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay. IISc, Bengaluru is the best university in NIRF ranking, followed by Jawaharlal Nehru University and Benares Hindu University.
The best colleges covered by Delhi University is Miranda House followed by Lady Shri Ram college and Hindu college.
In Business schools Indian Institute Of Management Ahmedabad tops the list followed by IIM Bengaluru and IIM Kolkata
Ranking among medical colleges, AIIMS Delhi bagged first rank followed by PGI Chandigarh and CMC Vellore.
