Many trains across the country were cancelled after the Corona epidemic and lockdown, but some trains have started operating after Unlock 1. In view of the fast growing corona infection across the country, the Railway Ministry has taken a big decision. Railways has said that now all trains have been canceled till August 12. Earlier, they were canceled till 30 June. However, 100 pairs of trains which are running recently will continue to run.
Railways have announced on Thursday that the passenger, mail-express and other trains have been cancelled till August 2. Any tickets that have been booked during this period have been cancelled. Passengers will be given full refund in lieu of tickets. Passengers can get a refund by showing their ticket from the ticket counter. At the same time, the amount of online booking tickets will be transferred to their account. Railways has made it clear that Rajdhani and other special trains will continue to run smoothly for any interruption.
