Sachin Pilot May Be Expelled From Congress

 In Rajasthan, the crisis has started under the Gehlot government.  The political scenario of the state has started increasing rapidly.  Gehlot government is now in trouble due to the rebellion of Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister and Rajasthan Pradesh Congress President, as Sachin Pilot and with his 30 MLAs are out of the state.  Some MLAs' phones are also off.  Ashok Gehlot is busy in every possible effort to save the government.  Meanwhile, a big news has come out, it has been learned that if Sachin Pilot and his MLAs do not participate in the meeting to be held this morning, the Congress party can expel him from the party and announce the new state president.  Sources say that Raghuveer Meena can be made the state president of Rajasthan Congress.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
