Reports are coming in that Supreme Court on Monday has declined a plea to restrict the annual amarnath Yatra due to spread of covid-19 .
A bench which was laid by Justice DY Chandrachud said Court did not want to interfere in the issues which are to be dealt by local administration.
The court was hearing a plea which was filed by Shri Amarnath Barfani Langars Organisation for a direction to Centre ,Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Shri amarnathji shrine Board to cancel or restrict access of general public devotees for amarnath Yatra this year due to covid-19 pandemic.
