Boats Converted Into Ambulance In Kerala For Covid-19 Patients

According to the reports coming from Alappuzha that Kerala water transport department has converted rescue boats into ambulance during Covid-19 pandemic. 




According to the recent reports coming in Santosh Kumar vigilance wing inspector says that this service has helped many covid-19 patients who live in location cut off from the mainland reach hospital. 


According to the reports coming in this idea has came into the minds as Kerala is having a handful amount of boats and the area where roads are not there to reach to the emergency patients and patient may suffer then in that case boats can work better option plan.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
