In this new turn a bench which is headed by Bombay High Court Chief Justice Dipankar Dutta will hear a PIL of transferring the case of Sushant Singh Rajput to CBI.
The court will hear the matter of transferring case of Sushant Singh Rajput today.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his apartment and a case of suicide as been registered.
Speculations by both his fans and his family were on a rise about being a new turn in the case s it was speculated that he cannot take such an extreme step and he might have been murdered.
After an FIR why Sushant Singh Rajput father was made in Bihar against Rhea Chakraborty who was Sushant's girlfriend.
The FIR had stated that Rhea Chakraborty and her family compelled Sushant to take this extreme step. Rhea Chakraborty and her family also debited money from Sushant Singh Rajput Bank last year.
