Residents Of Uttarakhand Demands Help From Administration

There have been reports coming in from Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh where the states have received heavy to very heavy rainfall and this had affected the residents of these states. 

According to reports coming in from Uttrakhand where the residents of Banga Pani tehsil in Dharchula district have been asking district officials and administration two allowed them to enter their villages in search of their belongings.

As reported earlier several houses were damaged due to rainfall in July and August in the area.  And now the residents of the area have requested the local administration to allow them to look for their personal belongings that are still under the debris and in their damaged houses.

As per reports there have been an extensive damage due to rainfall. The administration in a media press release by SDM of Dharchula to ANI has said that, "We had made it priority to keep people safe, then save their properties and clear blocked roads. Work almost complete."

He had for the added that, "People want to retrieve properties from damaged houses. We are seeing that it's done with machines' help."
