Two Notorious Criminals Injured And Arrested In Encounter In Noida

Reports have been coming in from Greater Noida where two bike-borne criminals were injured in an encounter with police at Eastern Peripheral road.

As per reports coming in these two bike borne criminals have stole a bike which was recovered from them and were in possession of live cartridges.

Rajesh K Singh, Greater Noida, DCP has informed the media that both criminals have been taken to hospital. A stolen bike, Bullet bike, 2 country-made pistols with cartridges was recovered from them.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
