Bangladeshi Vessel To Be Converted Into Floating Restaurant

Reports have been coming in from Andhra Pradesh where the administration has propose to make a floating restaurant of a Bangladeshi vessel.  

As per reports from Visakhapatnam the administration has proposed to convert Bangladeshi vessel MV Maa into a floating restaurant after obtaining statutory clearance and clearance from its owner

This Bangladeshi vessel was found in the Vizag port in October.  MV Maa right now is anchored at Vizag Port Trust.  MV Maa has drifted into sea in October when its anchor broke and is at Tenneti Park.

When this vessel would be changed into a floating restaurant then it will be a tourist attraction and this will be one of its kind in whole of Asia.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
