Since the start of covid-19 January 2020, the total number of covid cases in the national capital of the country has been 4 lacs as per the latest reports coming in.
And there has been an increase of 100000 cases just in last 16 days. There has been severe shortage of ventilators in ICU in in the national capital.
Now the centre has intervened in the present situation of the national capital of the country. Now the centre has made 10 teams that will visit various hospitals in the national capital and will check the testing capacities and various medical facilities which are being provided to the patients.
Now at the shakurbasti Railway station Railways have converted Railway coaches into the covid-19 centre where are the people who have not been admitted to any hospital due to the shortage of beds in hospitals have been admitted.
Yesterday the total deaths across the country remained at 500 with total number of deaths only in the national capital remained at 99. This shows every fifth person in the country who is been dying because of covid-19 is from Delhi.
