Indian Peace Troops For UN Leaves For Sudan

Reports have been coming in from the national capital of the country New Delhi where the next batch of Indian UN Peacekeepers set to leave for South Sudan

As per reports coming in Major General MK Katiyar,DG SD(Staff Duties) on this occasion has said that, "Indian troops are most sought after troops in UN." 

He also reiterated that the reason behind Indian troops as most sought troops in the UN is our culture teaches Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Taking care of people is one of the most important tasks.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
