Nurses Staff Of Hindu Rao Hospital Sits On Strike Over Non Payment Of Salary

Reports have been coming in from the national capital of the country New Delhi where in the recent times working health staff of a known government hospital has been going on strike. 

As per recent reports coming in now the Nurses of Hindu Rao Hospital has gone on indefinite strike due to non payment of their salaries for months by Government of Delhi.

The Nurses Welfare Association members at Hindu Rao Hospital have sit on indefinite strike over non-payment of salaries. 

According to one of the employee of the Hindu Rao Hospital the nurses have not been paid of their three month salary.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
